What is your return policy for baby gear and clothing?
We offer a 30-day return policy on most items. Products must be in their original packaging, unused, and with tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, some items like pacifiers and opened diapers cannot be returned.
Are the products sold on Baby Planet safe and certified?
Absolutely. Safety is our top priority. All our toys, furniture, and feeding accessories meet or exceed national safety standards and are BPA-free and non-toxic.
